Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 0.50 oz sugar syrup
  • 5 cherries (fresh or frozen, plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the cherries to extract the juice.
  2. Add the gin, cherry liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker.
  3. Separately, prepare the egg white by separating it from the yolk.
  4. Add the egg white to the shaker.
  5. Dry shake the ingredients for about 20 seconds (shaking with no ice).
  6. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds to create a foam.
