Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 0.50 oz sugar syrup
  • 5 cherries (fresh or frozen) + extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the cherries in a shaker to extract the juice.
  2. Add all the ingredients except for the egg white to the shaker.
  3. If needed, separate the egg white from the yolk away from the shaker, and then add the egg white to the shaker.
  4. Dry shake the mixture for about 20 seconds, then add ice to the shaker.
  5. Shake for another 20 seconds to create a foamy texture.
  6. Strain and serve the cocktail in a glass, and garnish with cherries. Enjoy!
