Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3 oz sparkling blood orange juice (e.g. San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa)
- 3 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 blood orange, thinly sliced
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine gin, sparkling blood orange juice, pomegranate juice, and carob syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
