Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3 oz sparkling blood orange juice (e.g. San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa)
  • 3 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 blood orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, sparkling blood orange juice, pomegranate juice, and carob syrup.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
