Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 can condensed milk
- 1/3 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 nutmeg (grated)
- 1/4 tsp pineapple essence
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon extract
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg extract
- 1 oz rum
Instructions
- Crack the egg into a bowl and remove the eye of the egg.
- Use a hand mixer to beat the egg on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix in the condensed milk, evaporated milk, grated nutmeg, pineapple essence, and cinnamon and nutmeg extracts. Continue mixing for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the rum.
- Refrigerate the mixture.
