Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 3/4 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz. cream of coconut
  • 2 1/2 oz. coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 oz. white rum
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour before serving.
  3. Serve the coquito in a chilled glass.
  4. If desired, toast the shredded coconut in a small skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Run a lime slice over the rim of the glass and coat it with the toasted coconut.
