Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
- 2.50 oz Champagne
Instructions
- In a small dish, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Let it dry with the glass upside down.
- In another glass, mix the apple juice and caramel syrup.
- When ready to serve, fill the champagne flute 1/3 full with the apple caramel mixture.
