Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 2.50 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a small dish, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Let it dry with the glass upside down.
  3. In another glass, mix the apple juice and caramel syrup.
  4. When ready to serve, fill the champagne flute 1/3 full with the apple caramel mixture.
  5. Top off the glass with Champagne.
