Ingredients

  • 2 cups Captain Crunch Cereal
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 4 ounces cereal milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
  • 0.25-0.50 ounce brown sugar simple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, pour Captain Crunch and whole milk, and let it infuse for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding the cereal, then add brown sugar and salt to the milk and whisk to combine. Refrigerate for up to one week.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine dark rum and extract with cereal milk, then shake with ice.
