Ingredients
- 1 oz Contratto Bitter
- 1 oz tequila
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 drops 18.21 Tart Cherry & Saffron Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until the mixture is well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
