Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Chocolate Butter Mix (made with 2.8 oz salted butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 8.5 oz brown sugar, 6 oz cocoa)
  • 2 oz rum
  • 3 oz boiling water
  • Whipped cream, to serve

Instructions

  1. To prepare the Chocolate Butter Mix: Cream together softened butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Gradually mix in the cocoa until it reaches a sugar scrub-like consistency. This mix can be frozen for up to one month.
  2. Scoop 3 tablespoons of the Chocolate Butter Mix into a mug.
  3. Pour the rum over the mix.
  4. Top with boiling water.
  5. Gently stir until the liquid becomes silky.
