Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream soda (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon artificial vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel topping (or butterscotch syrup)

Instructions

  1. In a medium pitcher, carefully pour the chilled cream soda.
  2. Add the butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, butterscotch syrup, artificial vanilla, and slowly stir to dissolve the butterscotch syrup.
  3. Store the mixture in the fridge while making the topping.
