Ingredients

  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
  • 1/2 small red apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
  • 1 1/2 oz Jim Beam Apple Bourbon
  • 6 oz Apple Cider
  • 4 oz chilled, dry Sparkling wine, like Prosecco or Cava

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the sliced apples, apple bourbon, and apple cider. Stir well.
  2. Add the chilled sparkling wine to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the sangria, making sure to include some of the apple matchsticks in each glass.
  4. Garnish each glass with a few reserved apple matchsticks.
