Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Pimm's Cup No. 1
  • 1/2 oz Bertoux Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Ciocaro
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 dash cucumber bitters
  • 3/4 oz water
  • ice
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Pimm's Cup, Bertoux Brandy, Amaro Ciocaro, simple syrup, lime juice, cucumber bitters, and water in an iSi dispenser.
  2. Charge the mixture to carbonate it.
  3. Serve over ice in a Collins glass.
  4. Garnish with a bouquet of fresh mint.
