Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Pimm's Cup No. 1
- 1/2 oz Bertoux Brandy
- 1/4 oz Amaro Ciocaro
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 dash cucumber bitters
- 3/4 oz water
- ice
- mint for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Pimm's Cup, Bertoux Brandy, Amaro Ciocaro, simple syrup, lime juice, cucumber bitters, and water in an iSi dispenser.
- Charge the mixture to carbonate it.
- Serve over ice in a Collins glass.
- Garnish with a bouquet of fresh mint.
