Ingredients

  • 1 oz eggnog
  • 0.50 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine eggnog, vodka, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon.
  2. Strain the mixture into a shooter glass.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Transfer the meringue into a piping bag fitted with a medium star tip.
  5. Pipe the meringue over the top of the shooters.
  6. Use a torch to lightly caramelize the meringue.
  7. Serve immediately.
