Ingredients
- 1.50 crushed Mint Oreos, for rimming the cup
- 2 tbsp. Fudge sauce, for rimming the cup and garnish
- 4.50 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp. Baileys
- 1 oz. whiskey
- 3 whole Mint Oreos
- 5 drops green food coloring
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Maraschino cherry, for serving
Instructions
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on a small plate. Rim the glass with chocolate fudge and dip it into the crushed Oreos.
- In a blender, mix the vanilla ice cream, Baileys, whiskey, Oreos, green food coloring, and peppermint extract until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
- Pour the shake into the prepared glass and top it with whipped cream.
- Drizzle fudge sauce over the whipped cream and add a maraschino cherry on top.
