Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlua)
  • 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz heavy cream (or 2 scoops vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup ice)
  • Shaved chocolate (optional) for garnish
  • Chocolate sauce for the rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. Optionally, spread the chocolate sauce on a plate and carefully dip the cocktail glass rim into it.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream. Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass and garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
  4. Alternatively, place the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
