Ingredients

  • 4 oz red wine
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (any 1 to 1 syrup)
  • 2 oz seltzer
  • Several dashes bitters
  • Several lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the red wine, freshly squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  3. Top off the glass with seltzer.
  4. Add several dashes of bitters.
  5. Garnish with two lime wedges.
