  • 1 oz Sloe Gin
  • 2 oz Blueberry Jam Syrup
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Port (Taylor Fladgate 10 yr Recommended)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)
