Blueberry Bliss Gin Sour

Ingredients
- 1 oz London Dry-style gin
- 1 oz sloe gin
- 2 oz blueberry jam syrup
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Port (Taylor Fladgate 10 yr recommended)
- 1 egg white
- 1 lemon peel (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and dry shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is cold to the touch.
- Double strain the cocktail into a large coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
