Ingredients

  • Lavender Syrup:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • Cocktail:
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 3/4 ounce lavender syrup
  • 1/4 ounce Page's Parfait Amour
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Lavender flower, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. For the lavender syrup, combine sugar, water, and dried lavender in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture simmers.
  2. Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain out the lavender and chill the syrup before using. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
  4. To make the cocktail, shake vodka, lavender syrup, Page's Parfait Amour, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  5. Strain the mixture into an ice-filled collins glass.
  6. Top it off with soda water and garnish with a sprig of lavender, if desired.
