Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz tomato juice
  • 2 oz beef bouillon
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 1 lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker two-thirds full of ice cubes, pour vodka, tomato juice, beef bouillon, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Add the freshly ground pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  3. Shake the mixture well.
  4. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled highball glass.
