Blood Orange Blossom Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey (such as Koval Bourbon)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • 3/4 oz Bee Seasonal Cherry Blossom Honey syrup
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Create the honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and water, stirring until the honey dissolves.
  2. Use 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp water to produce 3/4 ounce of syrup. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  3. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill 3/4 with ice.
  4. Shake until chilled, about 12 seconds.
  5. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a slice of blood orange.
