Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey (Koval Bourbon)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • 3/4 oz Bee Seasonal Cherry Blossom Honey syrup
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. To make the honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water in a jar and stir until the honey dissolves.
  2. Use 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp water to produce 3/4 ounce of the Cherry Blossom Honey syrup.
  3. Store any leftover syrup in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients and fill 3/4 with ice.
  5. Shake the mixture until chilled, about 12 seconds.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with a slice of blood orange.
