Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup, for rimming
  • Finely chopped toasted almonds, for rimming
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz. cream of coconut
  • 1/2 oz. amaretto liqueur
  • 1 oz. half and half
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rim martini glasses with chocolate syrup and chopped almonds, then chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, mix vodka, coconut rum, cream of coconut, amaretto, and half and half.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold, for about 30 seconds.
