Ingredients

  • 6 ounces freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 ounces heavy cream (or half and half)
  • 2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • ice
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate Shavings (optional)
  • caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh pot of coffee and set it aside.
  2. In a shaker with ice, gently swirl together the heavy cream (or half and half), Baileys, and Kahlua.
  3. Fill a large glass with additional ice.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture into the glass.
  5. Add the freshly brewed coffee to the glass and stir to combine.
