Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 2 oz brewed hibiscus tea (chilled)
  • 1 oz tarragon simple syrup
  • 6 blackberries
  • Sprig of fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/8 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 oz sparkling water
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tarragon simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan, bringing to a boil, then adding tarragon and letting it steep.
  2. Muddle 6 blackberries with fresh tarragon leaves and lime juice.
  3. Pour hibiscus tea and tarragon simple syrup over ice in a glass for a single serving.
