Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 1/2 tablespoon agave nectar
- 3.50 oz prosecco
- fresh raspberries for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Place the prosecco in the fridge to chill, and defrost the raspberries at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
- Drain the defrosted raspberries and blend them until broken down.
- Strain the blended raspberries to remove the seeds and mix in the agave nectar.
- Chill the raspberry puree for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, add the raspberry puree to a champagne glass and pour prosecco over it.
- Gently mix the puree into the prosecco, and garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
- Keep the prosecco and raspberry puree chilled in between servings.
