Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of premium ice cream (approximately 1 cup)
  • 2 oz Baileys Liqueur
  • 2 oz Cream or milk
  • Crushed chocolate for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate into a blender.
  2. Briefly blend to combine and break up the ice cream.
  3. Pour the mixture into a wine glass.
  4. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  5. Serve immediately in a wine glass with a wide straw.
