Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
  • 2 oz Semi-sweet chocolate (60% cocoa solids) (or 0.5 oz milk chocolate + 1.5 oz dark chocolate (with 70% cocoa solids))
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Baileys Irish cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chocolate flakes

Instructions
