Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
  • 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz heavy cream (or 2 scoops vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup ice)

Instructions

  1. Optionally, spread chocolate sauce on a plate and carefully dip the cocktail glass rim in it.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream.
  3. Add 2 handfuls of ice to the shaker and shake until cold.
  4. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
