  • 2 scoops good quality ice cream (approximately 1 cup)
  • 2 fl oz Baileys liqueur (1 double shot)
  • 2 fl oz cream or milk
  • Crushed chocolate to sprinkle

  2. Blend briefly to combine and break up the ice cream.
  3. Pour into a wine glass.
