Ingredients

  • 5 oz Malbec wine
  • 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 1 tsp coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 oz boiling water
  • 1/4 medium pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small clementine, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 medium lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 medium lime, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • Club soda, for serving
  • Fresh-cut fruit, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the lime, lemon, and clementine slices into a large container with the cinnamon stick.
  2. Slice the apple and pear into thin slices and add to the container.
  3. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and pour over the fruit mixture.
  4. Add the Cherry Brandy and Malbec wine to the container, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, remove the cinnamon stick, pour over ice, garnish with fresh-cut fruit, and top off with a splash of club soda. Enjoy!
