Ingredients
- 5 oz Malbec wine
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 oz boiling water
- 1/4 medium pear, thinly sliced
- 1/4 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small clementine, thinly sliced
- 1/4 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 medium lime, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- Club soda, for serving
- Fresh-cut fruit, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the lime, lemon, and clementine slices into a large container with the cinnamon stick.
- Slice the apple and pear into thin slices and add to the container.
- Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and pour over the fruit mixture.
- Add the Cherry Brandy and Malbec wine to the container, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove the cinnamon stick, pour over ice, garnish with fresh-cut fruit, and top off with a splash of club soda. Enjoy!
