Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Allow it to dry, resting the glass upside down.
  3. In another glass, stir together the apple juice and caramel syrup.
  4. When ready to serve, pour the apple caramel mixture into the prepared champagne flute, filling it 1/3 full.
  5. Top off the glass with champagne and serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly!
