Ingredients

  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • A sprinkle of sugar for muddling
  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 4 oz Apricot Nectar
  • Soda Water, to top
  • Mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, muddle together the mint leaves and sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add bourbon and apricot nectar to the glass.
  4. Top with soda water to fill the glass.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish by slapping the mint between your palms to release essential oils, then place on top of the cocktail.
