Ingredients

  • 2 oz Green Apple Juice
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Egg White
  • 4 oz Sparkling Water

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the apple and muddle it in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously.
  4. Double-strain the mixture through a wire mesh strainer into an ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh slice of apple.
