Aperol Rose Sparkler

Aperol Rose Sparkler
A beautifully balanced cocktail with floral, botanical, and bittersweet flavors, perfect for celebrating love.
Ingredients
- Water (for ice cubes)
- Pomegranate seeds
- 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 0.50 oz Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade
Instructions
- Fill an ice cube tray with water and drop pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
- In a chilled mixing glass, stir together the tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water.
- Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Pour the mixed drink over the ice cubes.
- Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or sparkling lemonade.
