Aperol Rose Fizz
Aperol Rose Fizz is a bittersweet and effervescent cocktail that beautifully combines rose, gin, Aperol, and sparkling lemonade, creating a vibrant and flavorful libation perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- Water
- Pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 0.50 oz Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade
Instructions
- Fill an ice cube tray with water and drop several pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
- In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, dry vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring thoroughly.
- Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Pour the mixed liquid over the ice cubes in the Collins glass.
- Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or another choice of sparkling lemonade.
