Ingredients
- 1 oz chilled espresso
- 1 1/2 oz Amaro Averna
- 1/2 oz Kahlúa liqueur
- Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Instructions
- Fill a Nick & Nora glass with ice and water to chill, then set it aside.
- Brew a shot of espresso, pour it into a shaker over ice to cool, and quickly strain out the ice to prevent dilution.
- Add Averna and Kahlúa to the shaker with fresh ice, and shake vigorously to foam the espresso.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
